We may receive your name, business contact details, organisation, meeting preferences and information you choose to provide when requesting a demonstration or contacting AggX.
Please do not send confidential operational data, credentials, personal information about other people or detailed energy datasets through the initial booking form.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, tailor demonstrations, assess potential product fit and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell personal information.
Booking and video providers
If the website uses an external booking or video provider, that provider may process technical and contact information under its own privacy terms. Its systems may be located outside Australia. Review the provider’s notice before submitting information.
Website operations
The public website is designed as a static site and does not connect to the AggX application database. Basic server and security logs may still record information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps.
Storage and disclosure
We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to people and service providers who need it for the purposes described above. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and system security.
Access, correction and questions
You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request a correction by emailing hello@aggx.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We may update this notice as the website, booking process or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
